Edmonton Hospital Workers Child Care Society is a registered Canadian charity striving to ensure as many children as possible receive the high quality early learning and care experience that they deserve, and to advocate for the rights of children as people to be treated with dignity and respect. We also work to remove the barrier of access to childcare for families receiving treatment/attending appointments in the Glenrose and other nearby healthcare facilities through our Short-Term Contingency Care program.
Because of the support of people like you, we are able to offer better-than-average adult-to-child ratios, with outstanding, well-qualified Early Childhood Educators, and we are also able to offer a sliding scale for families accessing our Short-Term Contingency Care spaces who would otherwise be unable to afford childcare fees.
